Reservation & Cancellation Policy

We require an initial $ 200.00 deposit, with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
If canceled at any time there will be a 1-night cancellation fee.
If canceled with LESS than a 30-day notice, there is NO REFUND, unless we are able to re-rent the
room to another party for the night (s) you had reserved. One night cancellation fee is still in effect.
**No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or if the night(s) reserved are not used due to early departure.

**Please note. Parking is very limited. A parking reservation is required. ($25.00 per day parking fee) If you fail to reserve parking, you will be required to park off-site. We are located near everything, along the free bus route. Please consider taking a Uber, Lift, or shuttle from the airport.
